*The Potomac, Shenandoah, and Friendship Room prices are for 1-4 people. An additional charge of $20 will be added for each additional person.

**Discount may be offered for full private reservation of hostel.

• MEALS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF LODGING
• WINTER DISCOUNTS MAY BE AVAILABLE
• DISCOUNTS FOR RENTING THE WHOLE HOUSE AND/OR STAYING MORE THAN FOUR NIGHTS MAY BE AVAILABLE.
• PACKAGES INCLUDING HISTORICAL CONCERTS / TOURS, AND OTHER CUSTOMIZED EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES MAYBE AVAILABLE.

Note:  If the guest rooms have not been rented to private guests by noon on the day of arrival, the beds in these rooms may be rented hostel-style at  a price of $30/person. Pets are allowed in the Friendship Room at a price of $30/pet.
